Ohmigosh... WHO did you piss off, woman? :l Well, I'm just glad you made it in one piece. I have not (yet and clobber wood) ever run out of gas and this certainly ain't the time of year to do so. Just sayin' *and ducking*

:l Maybe a quiet night with feet up is in order, huh?

What a hilarious story. You poor thing. At the end of it all your gassy dog goes and puts the icing on the cake. Gotta love animals. I have run out of gas twice; once on the main highway in Ottawa and I didn't manage to pull over; long, scary story for another time.

Yikes the price of gas went up!! I wonder if Montreal will affect Gatineau... we shall see.

Have a great evening ladies... End of day three for me.

Wow look at the cool tools. I want a yellow level. Mine is just boring black. Why do you have a light fixture on your work table? I see you are using a trouble light in the stall, the chandelier not working? tsk tsk
The TajMaHorse is looking great!!!! Needs a little tarting up though. Have you thought about wallpaper? And some gilded mirrors! And some pretty wedgewood feed troughs.
Will there be a horsey nursery? Maybe Atlas will have some little maps
What about a horse wash? And a hoof pedicure station.

Tippers big congrats on Day 3, hope the price of gas didn't go up in your neighbourhood.

Dog still alive and no longer smelling of gasoline, purse not so much, have to use different purse today.

Hope everyone has a fab day.

I had so many funny come backs in response to your post Wally, but they've all gone out the window.

Threw my back out TWICE this morning, no peanut this weekend, crawling on hands and knees between chair, bed, and washroom. Can't stand unsupported. Gonna try to make it down the stairs and find something to eat.. I'm starvin'.

Oh.. and daytime TV sucks. That is all.

Hi all - sunshine that barn looks so good - if you fall on hard times you could rent it out!! Makes me think of my dear departed brother - he was a farrier for many years - when he was younger - worked at Sackville Downs - I always loved it when he'd give me a great big bear hug - he always smelled like horse poop - not a bad smell!!! Sort of warm and toasty!!

Very windy here today and kinda grey again. But mild and no snow - crazy weather! Hope all is well across the country and that y'all are nice and sober out there!!

Lotsa snow here. Out shoveling the white crap. I will post photos of the cottage in wintertime. Because we're in a valley and are surrounded by large fir trees, it always reminds me of B.C. I go to work Monday and will do it from there. Living in the countryside has it's disadvantages; slow internet.

Hope your back gets better Sunshine. Only had mine go out once and I cried like a baby for two days. Terribly painful. My heart goes out to you.

Holy moly, it's bedtime already and I haven't posted all day. Haven't had a smoke or a drink either. I have big old Mollie the lab here for the week. Since I lost my Magda, I didn't have any carrots. Mollie gave me the look like where's the carrots dude, so I had to deliver on my promise to get some after work. She goes out on purpose just so she can come back in and get her carrots. Hmmm that was interesting huh...:H

Wally you forgot the salon where they can straighten the hairs on the back of their necks. ar ar

Lady, you might not wanna tell a whole lot of people you like that smell.
jk It actually makes alot of sense reminding you of your brother. :l

Tipper look forward to your pics, but don't go throwing your back out shoveling the stuff.

Miss GG--your barn is amazing. You have doors leading directly outside from each stall?? Please feel better real soon. I know too well what it's like. :l I know you're disappointed about Peanut's visit. I bet your daughter's even more disappointed.

                    Sweet dreams Canucks. xo

Hello Canada! Yeah I guess it is odd that I kinda like the smell of horse poop, but GG will know what I mean. I guess I should have said I like the smell of HORSES!!! They are such wonderful intelligent animals. I saw the Dog Whisperer and the Horse Whisperer on a show together and it was so great. They both know so much just by looking to see what's there - how the animals move, and react - it's all there - we just don't observe.

Day 6 for moi and I'm feeling pretty good. While I was getting my dinner last night DH put his glass of wine right under my nose. He really has NO clue!!! I got momentarily annoyed but just moved it away and went about my business. I can't expect to live in an alcohol-free world. Gotta get used to it. Drugs are working fine - feeling mellow and good. No snow here in So. Ont. Grey and windy as usual. Christmas tree comes down today so I get my living room back YAY!!

procrastinating here, bought crown molding yesterday for the never ending bedroom reno. I am seriously afraid of screwing it up. Must take deep breath and get er done.
When I don't want to to something I spend time doing all sorts of other things to keep too busy to do what I am avoiding.

Lovely day in the neighbourhood. I am seriously considering a cat door for the cats and dog. They are driving me nuts!!!! In, out In out. Jeez Louise
Sunnshine hope your back is feeling a little better today. Anxiously awaiting pictures from everyone. :l:l

Wally we want pics from your home renos too.
Lady, I understand your love and appreciation of horses quite well too. I've actually seen the horse whisperer at work in person. My daughter has been involved with all things horses since she was about 6. She has a couple, shares the care of three others and works in a tack shop to boot. That would be cowboy boot, eh.
GG--hope you're on the mend. Let us know.:l

Hi Vini I'm on day 7 today. And I'm getting a bit grumpy too. Must be the honeymoon is over. Now comes the work....what are you taking, or are you white-knuckling? I use Topamax and GABA and 5HTP, and a whole bunch of vitamins - I rattle and slosh now when I walk!! Stick around so we can get to know you a bit.
