    I am deep in the Saskatchewan prairies (well, maybe not so deep, but there is still a lot of snow around this joint!). Much snow at your end of the country?

      Waddaya mean lush south?? Have you looked at my avatar? Does that look lush? It presently looks just like that. I always say I am located north of 7 and thank fook for it!

      Hiya LJ and welcome! I spent some summers on my Baba's farm outside of PA. Foxford.

            No snow here today.. brilliant sun shine, but MAN - that wind is wicked. I guess, March came in like a lamb... and you know what that means :upset:

            Other than that.. it's just about nap time.. so off I toodle Happy Friday!

              PEOPLE!
              We've been over this before.... if you don't post here, I will have no choice but to launch into multi-page monologues (previously referred to as cruel and unusual punishment, I believe).

              How is everyone?

              Today was a perfect example of why you shouldn't make any plans. I chose to believe the weather man (or network, as it may be) and planned on riding today. That was a no-go, as it was grey and dreary with a god awful wind most of the day. Of course, right around 4pm, the sun came out. Anyways... so, I then decided to play domestic goddess for a little while and then bring in the boys (horses, for the newbie caucks) and give them a good grooming. They're filthy beyond belief and the shedding has begun. Yay However, that didn't pan out, either. The son and heir (as JC would say) called to announce his impending arrival, and my granny services were needed

              Yeah. So, that was my day. How about yours?

                            Things are white, definitely... but nice and white don't belong in the same sentence! Incidentally, that white crap is coming down again. I made the mistake of gazing out the window. I should really abstain from that... until June or so.
