    Well, it looks like they won't have it fixed until Thursday. So I have another day off today. Yippee! I have to get some exercise though, it is way to easy just to not do anything. I like having a routine.

    Lots of people are staying in hotels because they are without power, it is quite an emergency actually.

      Happy belated Thanksgiving!
      Boy, you Calgarians picked the short straw again, huh? Nice though, you at least get a couple days off work out of it.

      Cowboy... glad you made it through the festivities sober... feels good, doesn't it?

      Speaking of harvest.. my oldest grandson dug up the last of the potatoes on the weekend:

                  Hey, it's Grey a Cup today and Calgary is playing. Normally I would be drinking today. I have spent so many Grey Cups drinking, hey, but not this year!

                    I'm right beside you Nar, in Calgary colors! Sober, warm (frickin cold outside though) and all set for the game with Lays Lightly Salted chips and the Powerade cooling in the fridge! And, I have spent many a night in Cowboy's as well, two-stepping and drinking, but those are days gone by, just the dancing and country music for me now!

                        Wishing everyone a great holiday, I'd get in trouble from some for wishing this, but I wish it was colder! Want the ice to freeze on our lake solid, to get the skating rink up and running! They are calling for freezing rain Christmas day, bring us snow!

                            open halo, Narilly and I are both in Alberta, we can send you all the snow you want! Did you get some for Christmas? This isn't the busiest thread for sure lol, bur it is a "home" for us Canadians....

                              We need snow. So I'll take what you can give, I'm in Ontario, and I haven't seen a green December like this in a long time.. Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season, it's nice to have a site for us Canucks!

                                Halo, sometimes I'd welcome a green Christmas lol -22 here today, nice and sunny! Good to hear you made it through Christmas season okay! The ice on the lakes up here is getting close to 9" thick, so the ice fishing guys are loving it! Have a great day!
