    I'm back and I'm pure knackered.

    My poor head is full of bongs, pipes, needles, foil, skunk, cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin and something strange with a plastic lemonade bottle.

    Need to have a wee lie down as the coffee was a bit on the strong side and I've gorra banging headache.

    Bacinabit.
    It could be worse, I could be filing.

          Afternoon all

          Molly, I had a similar thought to Zenny in relation to your son's problems. I was going to suggest taking him to the doctor, explaining to the doctor what your concerns are, and then leaving him alone with the doctor to talk in private. You might also separately ask your doctor's advice on the advisability of mentioning the subject of suicide. Or google the subject.

            Afternoon all. It sounds like good advice Recluse.

            Well the Dublin lot must have been saying mammy prayers today.

            Mr A and myself went for our flu jabs (on account of our great age)
            The practice nurse called us both in together but before the injection she said we were down for a bit of health check
            She had my blood results which are normal and liver function way down on last year.
            My weight is 2 stone lighter than the previous weigh in and she asked how many units I drank weekly:goodjob:B/P etc all good and normal

            Then for Mr A increase in weight all results not so good and on the units question he was honest and said 12.

            The nurse then explained that my good results were probably due to the lack of alcohol:h

            Mr A has decided to go AF until Christmas TA DA
            He was very impressed with my results

              Great news on your liver function Mrs A, and on your weight loss. I didn't realise you were in competition with Jackie! Great news too on Mr A going AF till Xmas - hopefully he can lock the gin away with the wine so you don't have to look at it all the time.
