                        Morning Doodyhead's near and far!

                        Orf to the coal face today, and looking forward to getting the day done and dusted so i can relax and get on with it. (never mind, i'll explain later)

                        Meditation day 5 done as part of a 2 week trial.

                        Rags, i know there is a heap of stuff on the net i'm capable of wading through, but do you recommend a particular site re yer meditation lark? Or anyone else if there are some closet medder's here.

                              Give these a listen to, they are pretty good. The Calming the body with the Breath is a goood one to keep coming back to., so is Cultivating peace and joy with the breath.
                              It's all free, and you can record the meditations. This is a terrific site. So much info.
