    Hello lovelies,
    Glad you liked the tune Raggsy.
    Not much to say for meself lately so i'll just post little things that keep me sane and make me happy.

              Morning undies
              Feeling like crapola this am (anxiety, overthinking, etc, etc), so won't post much. Got an offer to go to lunch today and, as sick as I feel, am tempted just to get rid of the constant brain chatter. Have taken loads of supps, but nothing easing it.

              Anyway, sorry to be a downer in the happy place, normal broadcasting will resume as soon as possible. And piglet would have lurved WA, Rottnest, the wildflowers... boo frikken hoo :-)

                    Thanks for support guys; well managed to turn down lunch offer and taken more pills, so rattling round the house. Will get out in garden between the showers.

                          Know those days Blondie. Just can't get out of your own way.
                          Sometimes a walk, a drive (sorry carbon cops) a positive friend just to snap you out of the space. There have been days when I've just bloody well gone back to bed. Better than hatching a cunning scheme to neck vast quantities of alcohol.

                                Not too bad. I still get the odd tired for no good reason day
                                Gives me the screaming shits, actually. I wanted to rebuild another part of the chicken coop today and wash the dogs and detail the car. Instead been reading Unwasted....it's quite a crack up actually....
