Full from veggie curry and poppadoms. I might be even to full to eat my newly bought Chocolate Brownie Ben an Jerrys. It's the only naughty thing I allow myself for now, other than that keeping it healthy.

Tonight, hubs also informed me we should get rid of microwave. He doesn't want us to eat radiated food anymore.

South Brizzy got smashed by a storm yesterday arvo so Lilly P hoping you and yours are all ok? Mr happs was on his way back from work in it, cars stopping everywhere with the hail and rain, just a little taste of the tropics...

Don't yet know what the day will bring but it's bound to be good. Had a good surprise yesterday arvo - the blokes who check for trees near powerlines came by and I asked if I could bags the mulch they make in their big chipper. I remember squealing about this once before when they gave me two truck loads of beautiful mulch and Bridge could understand my excitement. Checked my photos and that was in June '09 ... just goes to show how long we've been yapping on here.

The quiet acheiver perhaps Happs! It just gets better and better you know. One thing i've found to be true and necessary, is to keep progressing as a person. We must keep growing i reckon, at our own pace of course, whatever that is to us, but personal growth and having a personal growth sort of attitude/thinking/mind set too, is something i've found to be very important to maintain a sober life, but also a great life either way. If we remain stagnant, and are only sober through will power alone, then that will only last so long before the game is up. Tweaks to our thinking, progress, and growth may be obvious, but they are absolutely essential to cultivate, for a lasting and happy sobriety.
