    UNDIES IN OCTOBER

Just back from a great gig. Always nice to play.

Loooong day, and a tad knackered, but a happy G-boy. (insert goofy,no no not stoned, grin)

    Night Happ's. Night everyone.

      UNDIES IN OCTOBER

      Oi!

C'mon you slackers! Where is everyone, fishing?

I found this piece on a fitness website earlier, and it's beautiful, so i thought i'd share it with you.

      'Please don't judge me'

'When I tell people, what is going on in my life, I can see on their face I have issues.

But for me, I am free of a predator and years of pain and my happiness, can only be described as an upbeat version of contentment.

Internally, I have a spring in my step, a wonder and an appreciation of all around me and within me.

Everything seems to take on a new hue and the world appears to be filled with infinite possibilities.

My life seems easy and effortless and it feels like I have the energy, to actualise, whatever it is I desire.

I experience gratefulness and do not take anything for granted.
      Nothing ruffles my feathers.

I possess an open and welcoming state of mind. I experience an inward joy, which appears to have an endless quality.

I am okay, I have kids, am divorced and may not drive the perfect car but I have a fullness to my experience and I feel perfectly satisfied with my life, just the way it is.

Happiness is not something you can make happen. It cannot be forced'

A very noice sleep here, and i see blue sky's out there and certainly in here.

      p.s. i love Darby.
      Ooroo.

Morning Undies et al, Mr G - noice little piece, thank you for sharing. Darby is a dog right? Bit slow this morning - no comments please - locusts on pupil free and one on a sleep over, its overcast, I pulled my back marginally this morning so I have a bit of an excuse not to walk and I am also pulling a mini sook fest about getting my lady bits squeezed by a machine...There... all whinges aside now...

Dinner last night - shared four entrees peking duck, prawns, pumpkin gnocchi, sandcrab tortellini in master stock and then had the chocolate trilogy - not sharing there! - on my own. Stand out was the gnocchi, which they carmelised with some pancetta i think honey - yum could eat some of the pancetta now. And the views were awesome.

Photos gorgeous Beaglebutt, swear to dog if that is your competition face you are the death stare winner by a mile...hubs has the same attitude to shaving as Mr Happs? Good to see you have photobucket mastered, we expect a lot more photos now y'know?

        Where Bridge? Still reading?

          Morning Saucy!

Bridge has just made me a cuppa, and is mowing the lawn. She'll be back soon.

Hope your back isn't too serious, and hope your day becomes a cruisey one sooner rather than later.

          Yep Darby, Beagle's dog.

              Morning all,

I just throb Darby! And that's a great crop of oats.

Saucy - I salivated my way through the menu - fantastic stuff!

Mr G - make sure she mows in nice straight lines.

I'm on the Injured List with HP today - did a load of garden edging yesterday. I like to use a machete and now I can't bend my little armie. Pink Dress day - YAY!!!!

              Be well and joyous.

We are playing with some ideas about how, instead of writing a sick note for the person, the GPs provide a "prescription" to the employing organisation. Now that is a new and refreshing approach. Hope it takes off.

Happy, How many coming to lunch at Bretts? I’ll be booking my plane ticket on Thursday.
Had a look at the Lester street place. Would you be happy there?

Hey Raggsy - you home yet?
Hi Tawn. Took doggies home this weekend as I was doing an underwater photography course at my scuba place. Parts of my house now smell of beagle.
I have to completely re- learn how to take photographs, and use a strobe, and I’m finding it difficult and frustrating. Wrong exposures, out of focus, you name it. But I’m hoping I can get it together enough for the Solomons trip.
On top of everything we finally worked out that the computer on my regulator is stuffed, (which can be sort of life threatening) so I had to make a decision. Buy another one or find a new hobby, and cancel going to Solomons at the end of the month. I bought a new one, which effectively leaves me broke for 4 months. They ain’t cheap.

Am going to lunch tomorrow with a friend who has a beautiful Burmese cat. I will be house sitting for her for a week 30 Dec till 7th Jan. (House and cat sat for her a couple of years ago). I have warned her I will smell of dog.
I come home on Thursday. And set to with the air freshener, on myself, and the house. The steam mop will be working overtime.

Righto bought some Flat Head tails from Coles at $40.95 a kilo
                WHAT!!!!

Techie... I didn't want to say but seeing as Rags did... I was wondering if you shaved your legs for competitive cycling.
it's mostly from wearing those tight tri compression pants and wetsuits. Plus I use tape wraps to support injuries so those get shaved. I just got in from a run (ugh) and I'm cracking myself up thinking of the interest here!
