                            Sunny, thanks for clearing all that up for me That's lovely re your parents crying in joy over the news. Happy days.

                            Will duly avoid the Meds thread - I'd rather avoid all drama where possible right now ... And thanks on the congrats re two weeks. Is the longest I've gone AF yet so is a good feeling. Rock on 30 days... Telling the therapist about that goal yesterday was another good motivator. She was very positive and encouraging. Helps to feel that bit more accountable - from posting it here too - ya know?

                              been busy here over the last couple of weeks, have had all the grandkiddies over for holidays, not all at the same time tho, we had a lovely time with them all.
