Just had a paneer making related adventure.
Tried to make it with skim milk......burnt the milk on the bottom, spilt the rest of it on the hotplate.
Have ended up with approximately two tablespoons of burnt tasting paneer and a kitchen which looks like a dairy cabinet exploded in it.
Hey ho. Back to the drawing board.

I thought everyone was at Techie's for dinner! Can you save me some of the spurtled chocolate mousse please!
We've been out watching the Wales/Ireland game in town (was just great!) and now home watching England/France. I don't think any of us care much about the rugby, but we are having a nice bonding experience doing it :H:H
Our new foster kitty is just lovely! But then again, they all are!!Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

Home too.
Watching the end of last season of Glee so I can catch up. I think salad and home made bean dip and chips for dinner. Watched Horrible Bosses last night. Not bad.
Thunder and lightening happening out front.
