    UNDIES IN OCTOBER

Don't tell Tawny I sent the hugs. okay? lol

    Love,
    Cindi
Cindi - thinking of you and sending hugs your way. I dont know what is happening with your mum and your girl, but whatever it is, of course it is going to affect you. With you in spirit my friend. :l

Blondie - the rugby was just great!! Being of Irish ancestry I was cheering for them too, but they actually played a quick mucky game. Now who are you favouring for the Trans-Tasman clash???? :H

Techie - what a wonderful way with words you have!!!

Mom is really going down and my girl is too.

Only so much I can do for either case, but they affect me greatly nonetheless.

        Cinders,
Being alone in a hotel room is not always the happiest place to be , especially if your mum and daughter are not well.

Anything I can do from 10,000 miles away? Sorry, I can't get in to chat.

Chookanista Tawnyfrog was stunning in her frothy over-the-top Dior gown. The pale green full-skirted dress was topped off with a rib-crackingly tight corset that showed off the tiny waist but failed to control her burgeoning decolletage. The awe inspiring Bridgetjones added a touch of bling to the red carpet as she squeezed herself into a black and gold strapless dress by Armani Prive. A few guests complained about the stench of tobacco but this reporter found it sexy sexy sexy. Showing her "baby bump," Sunshinetoday dazzled in a pink chaffon mini. You'd be hard pressed to argue that Miss Behaving didn't look hot in her one-shoulder Body Glove insulated swim/run bodysuit with tear away skirt and with the saucer-sized digital watch hanging from her wrist. Beagle's *ivory pleated Versace drew raves. Myhappyplace made us all happy indeed as she struck a careful balance between pleasing the crowd and pleasing the fashion people with a crop top that was very on-trend in a not-on-trend way. Rags was a late arrival but turned heads as she wore a green and blue striped velour with a see-through, asymmetrical hem. The host Techie and musical guest Mr. G were adorned in the Hefneresque silk smoking jacket with the trendy bludstone mens evening slipper.

Notables that unfortunally were unable to attend: Lillipond, Lady gaga, Lady foot locker, Saph (heart issues) Chaz Bono, Pippa Middleton, and Whoopi Goldberg.
            :H Beautiful work Techie.

Gag's and Whoopie send their apologies.

Meditation session #4. Thoughts still racing around, and an ordinary session i felt today, and that's ok.

            Have a marvellous day folk's!

Thinking of you; hotels can make you awfully introspective when you are alone.
As others have said, I'm happy to try and get into chat.
Missy - Not sure who to support; I'm a tri-citizenship gal, so my loyalties are all over the place, but I'd love to see Wales win, particularly after watching their #3 player, Adam Jones, who looked as though he was from a local pub team - didn't quite have the physique of the others :-)

                    UNDIES IN OCTOBER

I can't get into chat, either. The laptop this company has provided is very limited and they are using IE 6. OMG.

                    I wish I could get there but I can't.

However, seeing all of your responses and offers is very comforting.

                    For those who don't know:

My mother is 87 years old and is suffering from delusional psychotic dementia. Which means most of the time she isn't "here."

My daughter is one of my ilk. A drunk. She was thrown into jail last week after a domestic dispute.

                    She was drunk again yesterday.

She has two babies under the age of three to take care of.

I won't go into her husband. He is not a drinker but he is abusive. End of story.

I sit here in Chicago, alone, unable to do anything to help anyone.

I am trying hard to stay sober and I will.

I bite constantly on my lower lip. The client will wonder why I have a scab there. Sheesh.

                    Love,
                    Cindi

Well, ya know, I could have sworn I spotted Pippa's bum across the room, but it was definitely an Armani clad bum, so it must have been Bridge.

Gee, I'm really glad I know my Dior and Versace's from my Armani's.

(..... wait for it, any minute now, Tawny will provide the punch line ......)

I am so sorry to hear of this; it is bad enough that we have our own demons but also have to watch others we love with their own problems. I can only say I understand about your mother as I am in a similar situation.

                          Again, thinking of you...

My Mum is 87 as well, but not suffering the problems that your mum is. It is so hard to see our mums and dads go through the difficulties of old age.

Are you close to your daughter?? Will she accept help from you and take some action?
