    UNDIES IN OCTOBER

Well ... I must admit ... I do give a thin rat's clacker about the rugby so I'm barracking for the AB's. Some of them boys 'dbe mighty handy on farm ... ***nudge nudge, wink wink***

    In other news ...

    • A fox came within a bee's dick of eating Wilson cat yesterday.
    • When Daddy Cool's "Eagle Rock" is played, it is de rigeur for blokes to drop their pants and dance around in a hobbled state. Don't ask me why - some Q'ld Uni. Engineering students invented the custom. I think that's excellent.
    • Chooks need garlic in their diet. A teaspoon of Black and Gold home brand minced added to their food on occasion will do.
    • I believe I climbed up Mt. Warning in the dark with a whole pile of other hippyesque people. I saw my first-ever fire flies. We all huddled together at the top, lighting pathetic little fires with wet wood, waiting for the sun to come up. It was a long time ago and yes, I DID inhale.

      :H:H

How did Wilson escape the foxes clutches?

Edit: not laughing at Wilson either, just the Uni students and your Mt Warning experience. The plan for us it to be up there for early morning...we shall see...no inhaling involved

Rugby enthusiast by default Missy. Going Wallabies otherwise I am a dead woman, however reckon AB's will get up and therefore Mr Happs will win a bet on who is in the final...not with me someone at work.

Missy - I still dont get how Mr B's sons mum thinks...how does private school happen when you're on a benefit? shame she let him think that way for this time. Hopefully you've been able to put things right. You really are one very patient woman.

I think Mr.B's ex should shack up with HP's FIL.

            Yes.

            That's a good idea.

              Hiyas.

It''s a super beautiful warm day here on the gold coast. Just back from stand up paddle boarding. Bout to get on with the chores, like mowing, washing, maybe even weeding. Just having my juice first.

TF, did you scare the fox off?
              HP, dinner looks yum.
MB, you are a very patient woman. Such a good heart you have.

                            UNDIES IN OCTOBER

                            arvernoon all undits.
back from week meet-up with best uni friend & we certainly didn't invent anything half as clever as the Eagle Rock dance routine. we had a lovely time, lucky that clever moi took old golf clubs & around 50 balls, so friend's 2 boys rapidly became pros over 3 days & lost all but 3 balls. no doubt when we are whipper-snippering we'll get lots of bounce backs.
took the older horse along, who patiently gave the boys their first ever rides, then had some lovely hoons over paddocks with my friend who loves riding. are lots & lots & lots of chocolate (gag). played lots of board games, rediscovered cluedo. won at celebrity head - TWICE!!! went shopping at a new store which was chockablock full of the best gourmet foods i've seen in ages. we drooled. copiously.
we talked endlessly. but you know what crew, i've not said a word to her about my inner turmoil ( the reason i'm on here!) ....somehow i just felt that it wasn't the time or the place & in reality, whether she is the right person to tell....strange huh.
our oat crop over there is 5 foot high!!! no kidding! i'll upload some photos that my talented friend took & get 'em on here they are great!
house back here is filthy. must do cleaning this arvo....no time like the present.
missy - i am sad to read you've had a tough time recently - but you & your lovely mr b will no doubt manage. hugs, darl.
has anyone heard from sapphy or charlottes webb? hope they're ok.
sunny dar, how are you growing? all good?
no thoughts on the ruggers crew, but did pick the Caulfield Cup winner. next week cox plate & am hoping southern speed will back up , then quietly americain to make a cups double.
luuurrrrve the horse racing. gets me all inspired to race around the house with my mate dyson. he never loses suction.
hi to all - tawns, bridge, kaza, lilly x2, missy, happy, sunny, g-bloke, reggie, & everyone.
big plans for a beagle here. BIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGG.
                            monday is day 1.

                              Afternoon all

Beagle your trip sounded wonderful. I'm not so good round horses and am jealous of those who get on with them! And my Dyson lost suction :upset:

Missy soo very sad for Wales, it was so close. Have to go for the Wallabies tonight, but rather hope the All blacks get through.

Pictures of flowers were beautiful; I'd upload some of mine, but don't know how to photoshop the weeds out.

Lovely hot day here with a storm later (though nothing like you Qldrs got!), so won't be too energetic this afternoon.

                              Have a good one

well now, theres a good question Happy!! Short answer is that she is in dream world and long answer has to do with how she is portraying Mr B as being a bad parent in not paying because he doesn't love his boy enough. Lots of the talk this week has been about the lack of connection between love and being financeable responsible. She has a completely bizarre attitude to money.

This is a woman who took the boy away from Wgtn with 2 days notice (Mr B and I were very new at that stage or I would have suggested that he take out an injunction in the Family Court) and had boy out of school from ages 7 to 9 supposedly home schooling him.

Anyway, Boy has a big attachment to going to this school now and is very explicit about how he sees it a a solution to his feeling caught between the conflict between his parents. Mr B has been clear with him (and his Mum - this has been part of the Court case for the last two years) that he cant afford to contribute to boarding costs, but is more than willing to pay his share of tuition fees and other costs if his Mum's family can come up with the boarding costs.

I know that I am venting big time, but it is partly because I don't have another outlet for my frustration about the whole situation. I am very proud of Mr B - he has been accused of some terrible things in this whole process, but he has been as stable as the Rock of Gibralter. His view is that nothing is as important as the fact that his kids know that he loves them above all else. He can be a bit blokey, and does not express emotion easily, but I truly believe that he is managing this crap with his boy's interests at heart first and foremost.

anyway, I think that I've got that out of my system for now!! Beautiful afternoon here, so I am going o go for a walk and deliver some election material and them some back and prepare some cheesy comestibles for a light tea!

Happy. I reckon you should make a feature wall of that zebra wall paper :H Just change the carpet and paint the walls a colour that matches the zebras!!

Tickets on sale between Wgtn and Brizzie for $139 at the moment. Just not for the 19th ...... but I am keeping an eye out!!! I could seriously use a bit of time in the sun!!!
Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn
