    So much has happened to Bridge and Missy the last few days.
    I hope the both of you are Ok.


    Meanwhile when I was in Sinny last week I took a few pics of the latest banners.











    My last night in Sydney then home tomorrow arvo.

        I used to do that a lot Rags, resulting in being hit on and Mr Happs getting the shits...ahhh those were the days...now I am in the nana knicker brigade sans Bridgey and proud of it...
        also in the good old days used to go out without my specs on and EVERYONE looked attractive even without a drink...

        Seriously Bridge hope you are really onto the eye stuff..

                    Bridge - did you have that horrible test where they check the pressure in your eye?????? I have to have it done every year and I hate it!! But I am at hight risk of glaucoma, so I have it as part of my annual eye check. If you need the surgery,get it done!! Is easey-peasy and much better than the consequences of leaving it

                    Mr B's ex stepped over the line today in respect of her comments about me so I spent a few hours composing an email to send to Mr B's lawyer. It is the first one I have sent and I am still not sure that it was a good idea as I don't have any "status" in the proceedings. However she said some pretty toxic things about me, and I don't have any right to my own legal representation in the Family Court as I don't have "status" And I didn't want Mr B to speak on my behalf. So it has been sent off for good or ill.

                    Did my boxing but didn't make it to the pool - but looking forward to meditation with my nuns in about an hours time.

                      Guess, as I'm the old fart in the Undies drawer ... allow me to elucidate. Are you sitting comfily at my feet?

                      Once upon a time ... there was this woman called Gloria Steinem. She was the princess of feminists. At a time when we equated feminism with overalls and plaited armpit hairs, Gloria was a hornbag. An artiulatate, drop-dead-gorgeous hornbag. She coined the phrase "A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle".

                      Fast forward some years. The sisterhood was outraged when Gloria got married. To a man. They shrieked in unison - not a pleasant sound.

                      I could never relate to the objection. Needing a man and wanting a man are two different issues.

                      OK - that's addressed that bit of stuff but I have sooooo much more to say about the Drawer today. I can't believe how much time I spend thinking about the Undies but I need to tidy up my thoughts before I post.

                      Missy - lesser women would have chucked in the towel way before now. ***throb***

                            There has been so much happeninmg here the last week or so, and I truly don't know how to respond , particularly Bridge and Missy's problems. So girls, I'm not being rude or not caring, I just don't know what to say.
