Hi honey - I'm ho-ome!! I am so sorry that everyone is having so many health problems - I have read back - gosh I do hope that you all get to feeling better - I hope that Grate posts soon! Prayers to all of you......and feel better soon :l:l

I had the most awesome time imaginable. I haven't laughed so much in for ever. My sibs and I got together as if we had never been apart - it was amazing. My mum was SO surprised - she couldn't believe that we had all kept it quiet. It was just wonderful, wonderful wonderful! I feel wiped out - but that will pass when I get used to the time difference - the weather was wonderful - everything went right. Just SO amazing. Worth the trip there that was for sure. Can't say a lot more as I would just be repeating myself - just wonderful!!

Very quick post here -- hope all is well. Was wondering if anyone here had had vertigo and if there is a way to get rid of it. I always thought when you got it it just had to go away on its own but I refuse to lose another day to laying down-- after all the illness right together (and I am still taking antibiotics for the strep) I am way behind in everything not to mention that laying around has sort of put me back to the beginning weight wise. Any help would be appreciated-/ hubs has a lot going this week so I need to feel okay driving ( I feel like I am safe enough while doing it but it makes for a thrilling trip). Guess climbing on a treadmill is out for now.

vertigo is treatable, but I don't know how...youe need to go see an ENT doc.

Yes, ENT, ATL. I've had it and it's NASTY, but it was because I was pregnant.

Sunni, I'm happy all over for you!!! Your mother will glow with this birthday till the end of her days! Can't wait for pics, and more info.

Whoop, whoop! Hi all!
Feeling pretty good today and still AF! Sun glad you had a good time. YES, I do know something about vertigo. My uncle had it for a very long time, if it is not being caused by an inner ear imbalance (ENT doctor would tell you) then it is most likely stress, my uncle's was due to stress, he even had to go out on disability. He was on meds that didn't do much, then someone told him about those wrist bands for motion sickness that they sell in the pharmacy, he bought them and made sure they were on properly ( pressure area on the wrist) then in a very short time he felt loads better. I hope this helps you.:h off to clean my house. Der der der derrrrrrrr. Charge...... Lol Gina!

Oh, someone please GAWWWWD come clean my house. That's not fair for me to say, as I get lots of offers, but juuuuussssttt can't let anyone do things for me 'just because'. Silly, I know. I have two households strewn out in mine right now, and nowhere near through. BUT, I just went and signed on the water, stopped and picked up a few groceries, signed all the insurance papers, and it only took 2 hours. Slepped it all in the house, so now there is MORE in here! :H
Grate, got your text. YAY!!! Now you can send me one anytime. I'm bad about checking them (no time) but will try to do better. You're gonna love that thing. If you have the BB hookup then you are online, and can post from anywhere. Tickled~~ Oh, and did you get the hookup cord to the computer? If so, you can take all the pics you want and upload them to your computer. I then send mine to (free) photobucket which is so easy to post to other sites.

Congratulations on the headhunters finding you! I am not sure what you said you do but you must be very good! :goodjob::l You know we all love you. It sounds as if everyone's lives are just a bit hectic right now is all! Fabulous for you! Are you interested in changing jobs? Would you be willing to relocate? I am afraid of change so I will probably be stuck spinning my wheels forever but you should go for it with that pay increase! Keep us posted and have a great night. :hGina

Jobs are hard to come by right now and you have employers courting you ! Be proud of yourself even if you decide to decline.. Very impressive!

Jan - that is awesome - it is obvious that you are VERY good at what you do. You need to tell us more. How do you feel about it? Sorry no-one said anything.... shame on us. No excuses. Ruby - I would feel SO claustrophobic in your house right now - two houses in one - yikes!! Oh my gosh - what on earth will you do with everything? Georgie - I wore those wristbands in UK as I am a terrible passenger in cars - I get car sick, and they work really well. So, ATL, you might try them. I am just pottering today to try to feel normal by tomorrow - and MUST iron tonight - LOL - life is back to normal anyway!! Maggie won't leave my side and Hubs has told me THREE times that he missed me - I am so touched!! Eldest daughter just came by and said that it was awful with me not here - she couldn't phone me and just chat... youngest is coming over after work. It is good to be home......

Sunni, I feel like an episode of A & E's Hoarders! :H But I've finished my wanderings for the day, have demanded everyone come to me now. Wish ya'll could come to my yard sale. May post a 'Picture Sale' before I run the real one. Found a bag, unused, of a complete bed yesterday. Dark rainbow stripes, full, coverlet, sheets, pillow cases, all. Vick and Grate can tell you even the old stuff they took is nice. Addie is set for a while with coats and jackets. (Loved the yellow fleece-lined one, Grate). Pay the postage, and it's yours! Whadda Deal!

OH! And saw an A&E van at the local convenience store in our no-man's land! Hmmmmmmmmmmm.............

Hi Jan - it surprised me that Hubs said that to be honest - we have been married for 29 years and I thought he would enjoy the break - so it was nice - and REALLY was a surprise when he kept telling me he missed me ! LOL I knew my daughters would miss me. They are always texting or calling. Re the job - you need to go with your gut feeling. Make a list of pros and cons......

Oh, ATL...Mrs. Fen had a bout with it four years ago. How awful you must be feeling! The doctor gave her a prescription for Meclizine. Fortunately, it only lasted for a day. :l
