May I jump in? I am sitting all alone in my hotel room and woke up.
I should get some sleep but I doubt it will come no matter what I do other than drugs, which I dislike taking due to the side effects.
I am also sneezing almost uncontrollably, I always do when I come to Chicago. It doesn't seem to matter what time of year.

I am sorry to hear that. This lark is no picnic at the best of times and sometimes when the black dog comes calling things can seem hopeless. But as you say anything but looking up is a waste. The way I look at it is every day is a fresh start and can be whatever I choose it to be.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

Six hours ahead here. That awake at 3 am is a pain. Sometimes my brain is on fast spin and I know there is no point in trying to sleep, doesnt happen often thankfully.
So do you have a plan to keep you out of harms way over the weekend?Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

Morning Army
Hello Cinders-sorry to hear you are having trouble sleeping.:l Have you tried a warm bath and some "sleepy time" tea or something? But I know those things don't always work. Frustrating. For me it was the waking ALWAYS at just about 4am in a panic and then not able to get back to sleep.
