    APP suggestions?

    I posted about app suggestions for the iPhone or iPad several months ago. A recent post by Crimsons about quick anxiety fixes got me thinking about it again. I figure in the last few months, there may be more iPhone owners. There certainly are new apps coming out daily.

    My question is, what are your favorite apps, related to quitting drinking or not? I love the stress reducing apps. I just downloaded a free one called Now. It sends you reminder phrases a few time a day to bring you back into the present moment. Scrabble, Caveman bowling and of course angry birds are fun for games. There is a Craving Manager app, but I don't really use it. It's too much work. There's one called Ambience which allows you to mix nature sounds with brain wave technology for a great meditation session or for sleep.
