I am also seriously looking into ADHD or similar after she asked me last week (not for the first time) why she couldn't behave and practically asking me to help her because she was sick of being in trouble all the time. She is a handful mind you and yeah I dread to think what she'll be like at 17.....I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way
They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....

Canny, very, canny. Molls.
Had a proper phone call with me daughter, she's very shamefaced at the mo after the kerfuffle with her brother on Thursday/Friday morning.
Looking forward to a few days in Carlisle meself. We're going to have to take Black Bess as my Aunt and Uncle are having to go over to Boston to look after the Boston Babes while their daddy is in hospital. It could be worse, I could be filing.
AF since 7/7/2009

I've decided to book an appt to see my GP in the hope she can get us back in touch with the team in Oxford who do seem to have the best knowledge about it in this area.....
It was a horrible thing to watch though, a child of 20 months suddenly unable to stand or sit up and getting progressively worse by the day (until at day 5 they finally sent her to the Radcliffe and diagnosed and treated her)

We were treated in paediatric neurology 4 years ago. I am going to my GP to see which way to go to try and get to the bottom of her behaviour now, as of yet I don't know whether it's a left over from GBS or something else but she is finding school really hard and she is always in troubleI have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

So sorry Pingu seems a lot to cope with.
My three girls were all statemented special needs and have all ended up OK. (Despite their Alkie mother)
Dinner is Scallops with Chorizo with various veggies in a chilli sauce A La Nigel Slater. :h

I had a major hyper/high on Sat, first in 7 months since I gave up drinking. It felt so good. I thought I would never feel like that again. And all I drank was water..... (I was at footie though which explains it). I also get a bit like that when I play music.
Must do more of both, I miss those buzzes I used to get before I drank too much and fell asleep
It's gonna get cold tomorrow, shame I was enjoying our summer (a bit later than expected)I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

Just wait a couple of months in the Army and it'll sharp fill up.
I always feel like I'm treading on established toes when I try and join a thread but I really want to contribute to something for the days I feel like shit and want a drink, also this seems like a nice friendly thread where people don't jump on each other and give fellow members a hard time?I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way
