Good morning, Army folks

I have a very busy couple of hours ahead of me - doing a big presentation at 10.00. Thereafter it should ease off, thank feck.

Tomorrow is going to be a big day for me: I've taken the plunge and will be attending one of the Allen Carr Easyway clinics to finally stop smoking after 26 years. Yep: my smoking career has been a much longer one than my drinking days. All words of encouragement appreciated.

Go for it Tip. I reckon many strategies that have kept you off the grog will be very useful in knocking the fags on the head. Giving up smoking was one of the best things i've ever done. I don't think about it anymore, just not interested. (Granted, that was 15 yrs ago....)

Good luck with the clinic tiptronic, i hope it works out for you. I've been trying to quit for years - Alan Carr's book has been recommended to me several times. I'd like to hear what you think of the clinic.
