    Army Thread 6th October

Hi JC & Stirly, having a very lush breakie here, blueberrries, rasperries & strawberries with my cornflakes. I tell you this because I know you think I only eat porridge every morning.

Abi can you pop out and log on for five minutes if the going gets tough?
We talk about food here a lot but it is my belief that proper nutrition and exercise is paramount in this fight.

Hi Panno, thanks for the words of support.

KTAB - i'll definitely be checking in here tonight if the going gets tough. I missed my swim this morning (crappy weather) but went for a run last night - the first in many many months, and had such an appetite last night.

I'd forgotten how much i actually enjoy food!

I'm away to the airport to say Bon Voyage to my favourite auntie and uncle in all the world as they catch their connecting flight to Heathrow on their way to Boston.

Didn't mean to be rude peeps but I'm at work and juggling two phone lines, e-mails and orders.

Abi - ditto to what KTAB said - drop by for a quick post if you can and make sure that you eat well and don't mistake hunger for a craving.

I sent you all some sunshine. Didn't it help at all?? Guess I'm losing my magic sun powers.

Okay, I'm outta here for now. Just made an 800 euro sale and have to get an e-mail off about it.

                          Later....

Well that was well worth crossing the big field in these high winds.

My Auntie didn't know I was going to turn up and she didn't half get a surprise.

We had coffee, but it's still strange watching people in the bar downing pints and shots at 10 in the morning. To think I used to deliberately book early flights so I could get a drink.
