Well I am home alone stripey one so its an aubergine and a couple of peppers roasting in the oven. Going to do some pasta now and make up a tom sauce.

Sounds good - roasted peppers are fantastic.

Not to mention admirable: I'm always loathe to go to any lenghts when I'm on my own. I'll make do with Marmite toast with banana slices or a nice piece of ciabatta with avo.

It went very well JC. The guy I'm seeing worked as a counsellor for 6 years and then switched over to working with alcohol and drug addicts about a year ago, so I'm getting a counsellor and an alcohol worker all rolled into one. He's very good. We've spent a lot of productive time dealing with the root causes of my drinking problem and I feel nearly ready to start dealing with the drink problem itself.
