    Army Thread 7th October

OK: I've stopped smoking. So far, so good. I must admit that the thought crossed my mind that I think I've been taken for a ride - paying all that money to listen to this message? You gotta be kidding me. BUT, I do think some shift has taken place. We'll see. I'm feeling positive, though.

Anyhow... I need to stop overthinking things w.r.t smoking.
    I'll do whatever it takes

ReccyBear, the boundaries stuff although it sounds complicated it's really all common sense.

It's always a 2 way thing between worker and client. It's all normally worked out at the assessment.

Like say the physical. Example being touched in a way that you don't feel comfortable with.

I may want to give the client a big hug, but he's doesn't like hugs from women.

Or language. If someone starts effing and blinding in front of other clients, I have the right to ask them to keep it down or piss off.

Spiritual and Intellectual, just respecting each others religions or beliefs.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Not that I'm not in real life but that's another story....

Ooh yes, well not tell him to piss off but ask him to mind his language. It's under the boundaries stuff.

And I've heard that your sense of smell and taste both improve. That means that all that yummy food you eat will taste even better. Imagine your morning double latte and muffin tasting better than they do now. And grilled lamb chops tasting like they've never tasted before.
Just wondering tho' - wot does w.r.t mean...
