Probably slightly different way of looking at it but it is definitely a healthier food regime and much less saturated fats.

Good on you, Expat. I have been watching a show about a guy who is trying to lose weight. The trainer said that her family fed her what her body needed, not what she wanted.

The funniest thing is everyone is always telling me my heels are too high (for my age!!) yesterday I bought a lovely pair of low heel wedge ankle boots - well there in the fecking bin now :H:H

Tips, You'all eat crawfish in SA? How fascinating! It does take a lot of those guys to feed someone, doesn't it? When I was in Lousiana, those who ate crawfish "all the way" are called head suckers. :H:H
