Hi,

I just orderd SAMe along with my usual suppliments. I was wondering how many people have taken this and what your feedback on it is. As I was looking thru the suppliments, it jumped out at me. Did a little research on the net and thought to give it a try. Please comment, thank you.

I have tried it before. Although I thought it was somewhat helpful, it was incredibly expensive. Effective dosages range from 400-1600 mg a day. Since it tends to come in 200-400mg dosages per pill, at the high dosage, I would have been taking 4-8 pills a day.
I just couldn't afford to keep up the experiment.

Please update on how the SAMe works! I'm quite interested.

It is just very expensive where I live, 40$ for 30 - 400mg pills and the label dosage to treat liver was 3-4 pills daily!

I swear by the aminos (your isolate)... and can't say enough about Omega 3.
