    Now then where were we.

    Just had to do a weigh in on the Wii as I'm feeling a bit fat tonight, but I've lost 2lbs.


    Feeling like I've got a cold coming on, altogether now ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
    It could be worse, I could be filing.

                That's really impressive JC. I've never known anyone lose weight as consistently as you. Are you having anything to eat at all???

                    ooh yes.

                    I had bacon, baked beans, poached egg and toast for lunch and a big bunch of grapes for afters.

                    Tonight it's left over pork loin and veg from yesterday.

                          It was our first meet up. Little scared ol' me flew all the way to Belfast to meet you and Opal.
