I've taken it and I just don't feel any different. But I'm not sure if I just haven't been very diligent about it and that's why. I get very bad cramps and nothing seams to help. In my 30's my mood swings are really more sever too. I actually forgot I had some evening primrose... so I guess it's not helping much.

I've used primrose for pms mood swings and very successfully to cure cervical cysts. The catch is I used 4000mg per day. Just make sure it's good quality. Crampbark tincture is very good for cramping. You can also try massaging essential oils of clary sage and chamomile for cramping and back aches.

Thanks everyone, I'm taking one cap three times a day and I'm finding I have horrible cramps, over a week before the wretched wench is even due, and the boobies are as painful as they were when my milk came in. And they look and feel about the same. Primrose=boob job? Lol Definitely a hormonal flux!!
