52 Healthy Habits one week at a time

Hey MWO people. For those of you who want to squeeze some of your bad habits out by adopting good ones one week at a time, check out my Blog:

    Tips

P.S. Couldn't have done it before joining MWO and getting my drinking under control.

Love the blog too Tipp! I will join you on the 20 minutes of excersize daily. I just got back from Las Vegas and am ready to get back to a normal routine. "What About Bob?" is one of my favorite movies too. I can watch it every time it's on tv. Off to yoga class!

Thanks guys, changing our lives one day at a time, or in the case of my blog, one week at a time. What About Bob is so funny. Bill Murray is such a great actor. He really nails his part in that movie.

        Take care people...

I love this thread. Well last week I start with my positive affirmations/declarations. To imprint only healthy choices in my subconscious. I repeat great positive things about who I am or what I want to be (but in the present tense as if it is already here).

I was going to make this week's Healthy Habit a cleanse. however I am sick with a killer head cold so I am just going to keep up with the declarations, and my neti pot!! till I feel a lot better.

            Thanks Tip!

Wait to go Meech, just do what you can for now. Positive words said repeatedly can really change your outlook. One day at a Time!!

Great exercise today, Unwasted. I can comment on my own blog but am not savvy enough to guide you on how to post. Do me a favour and try again some time please. Had so much housework to do today after a busy weekend with lots of out of town guests but danced to the IPod and I seem to have endless energy. Have a great week and so glad you are following the blog.

Tips, not sure if it's your blog or my login but I can't access the blog. Whenever I try, it reverts me to another sign in sheet wanting me to create my own blog. I'll keep trying when I have time (swamped at work). In the meantime I'll just have to read the blog and post here. The problem arises when I try to post a comment on the blog.

Tips, ok, it must be my login. I'll see if I can unsubscribe and start over - maybe that will work.

So glad that things are going well. I wake up feeling wonderful each and every day - such a transformation. Just knowing I will never have another hangover is the most incredible realization!

Really happy that things are working out for you Tips.
