    Was Hesitant to Post but here it goes...

    Here is my list Nancy:

    1. Cry and really feel the pain, not run from it or push it down. Being strong is over rated
    2. Exercise
    3. Music
    4. Meditation
    5. Journalling - reading, I have ordered some good recovery books and have also read tons as I did have a 5 year stint of sobriety before.

    Okay, here I go - back to being the authentic me. I have absolutely no cravings this weekend, but I know that stinkin thinkin will rear its ugly head and when it does I will be armed.
