    Morning tips. Thanks for the support. I am taking the mountain thing very seriously, not least because it will mean I will be forced to get off the booze.

    Hiya Mrs A At some point I will probably ask you for some advice re getting fit, but for now I will just concentrate on walking.

          Good morning Reccybear, RC, Starty, Expatty, HP Saucy Gal, Whizzy, Tippers, Mooly and all those yet to drop by.

          Well me daughter ended up staying the night and have to say it was rather nice, just me and her sitting on the settee.

          Mr JC and the 'boys' went into town and looks rather shabby this morning

          Molly, I don't envy you one teeny bit. That few days when me daughter and the son and heir were fighting then not speaking were tense (that's putting it mildly) and were fecking awful.

          Zens get your bottom (I'm far to polite to say arse) back here and let us help you.

                      Morning all

                      Well it's afternoon as usual and I been teaching all morning

                      But I hope everyone is having a nice (or bearable) Saturday

                      It's the 15th of the month again which means I have gone another month without a hangover

                      7 months for me, alcohol free
                      I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

                      They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....

                          Sober me reporting for duty as well!
                          Feckin pouring and blowing out there; I very much doubt much work on barn or round pen OR yard will be done today. Hrmpfh. I actually DROVE to feed the horses ('bout 400ft!) :H So much for me getting in shape.
