Oh boy, as I'm preparing for an AL-free blood screening, I was googling for how to improve liver health. I ran across these: liver gallstones, cirrhosis, and a bloated person in the last stages of cirrhosis. All I can say is, these make drinking a lot less romantic. All I'm hitting these days is the juicer and the milk thistle. To think something like that could be inside me in the future -- yuck! The gallstone was is really strange....
