I am extremely grateful that most of my family live about 1500km away... Wish it was the same with my in-laws. They're wayyyyyyyyy too close for comfort, sadly :upset:

:H Ya know, I kinda felt the same way until this January when my mum passed away. Suddenly family reconnected and now I actually wish they were all a bit closer. Funny, how that works.

To tell you the truth, I probably had it yesterday but never ventured out to the mailbox If and when I do not sport a rats nest for a hair do and dirt smeared across me mug, I shall take a picture! I'm not much of a hat person for reasons of vanity but it really suits me! I love it!

Think I will have a read in the bath and then get myself off to Sainsbury's for opening time (7am). It's brilliant shopping at that hour cos the place is absolutely deserted. There're so few shoppers, you almost feel like you should nod and say "good morning" when you come across one.

They say that if you make a solution of water and salt and flush your nose with it that it really helps clear it out. I've never tried it mind you but I have a friend who swears by it.

I've just priced Subutex. And we thought Bac was expensive. 30 x 8mg for brand is $368 and generic is $145. $368! Cheaper to have the flipping addiction...

errrrrrrm he's on the settee with his feet up so I'll leave it 'til tomorrow.

I've taken echinacea before and it does odd things to me stomach. So I'll stick with the Vit C today.

So that means I'll get slimmer of the week on Tuesday.

Naw the echinacea side effect was quite uncomfortable, it went as tight as a drum and painful, not noice at all.

It is a long settee but his feet still dangle over the end.
