Just a quick check in. I ran 8 miles yesterday and went to Pilates this morning and now I feel terrible. Bad pains in abs and feel sick.
I am afraid I have switched my addictions. Why on earth do I think I can have a General Anaesthetic etc. Then go out and run etc.within 48hrs Doh:upset:

Aw Mrs. A--that doesn't sound good. Should you see a doc? Why would you have pains? If it's cardio related you really might want to get a check up asap. Don't mean to scare you.

I've been wearing me hat inside when I get home JC! Yep, it's that cold. Was having trouble with it sliding off my pointy head but I fixed it. I inserted a thin plastic head band in the cuff(not sure that's what it's called) and it stays in place. As I told you in pm. I feel special when I am wearing it. Not that kind of special Zen or Tips!

Pain is from a colonoscopy and removal of nasty little polyps.
I too love my hat I wore it when out running along the mersey and my friends all want one!
