                      yay child free time next week

                      more tomorrow, I'm packing their bags.....
                      I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

                        well the luvverly Mr JC nipped up to Tesco and got me some cayenne. Just made some tea and put in a teaspoonful that nearly blew me head orff. So chucked that one down the sink and trying again with just a little bit.
