DriftyAlison0 has 5 months AF!
I just thought that I would post that I have made it 154 days af! That makes it 5 months af and I owe my sobriety all to you all and god. If it wasn't for all of you and God I doubt that I would have made it this far! For those who are new to sobriety and/or those who are struggling, things will get better the longer that you stay af. I still have cravings for beer now and then, but they are getting weaker and farther apart. ODAAT!I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.Tags: None

Congratulations Drifty! You are such an inspiration to ALL people (even us 29 year olds :H) but especially to young people. Glad you are spending your college years sober instead of drunk like I did.

Thanks everyone. If I can do this, then you all can do it. Just hang in there and do whatever you need to do (legally) to remain sober.I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
