I think I've figured out one more reason why this time is different (day 18 and feeling great)
I think it's because I finally allowed myself to think, in detail, of all the stupid stuff, all the
damage,injuries, lost work, lost days, all of it.
Before I would not allow myself to put it all together and see the whole picture and how awful it really was. Which of course then amplified the fact that the progression was clear to see as well. The overall message seemed to me to be-stop or die.
If not die then keep being stupid and wait for the other shoe to drop. Sure to be a VERY heavy shoe.
This is a great place to be and I'm glad I found it. My 22 y.o. daughter is visiting soon and it's so great that she will see me healthy.
