Another busy day ahead, but for now it's still nice and quiet at the office. I've come to appreciate the calm before the storm

Not too busy here. Things get slow around the kids holiday time because the French leave town on every possible holiday. Even All Saints Day. So I only have a few classes this week. My daughter is in Italy with her father so it's just me and the little one (and pug dog of course)
Pingu's purple wall has inspired me. I might try and do a few changes in the flat.

Morning all

Last night I went out for dinner and I thought I am sick of drinking diet coke, so I ordered a berry smoothie and it was absolutely delicious, and I didn't miss wine one little bit. Then we had to sit through a G&S show one of our friends was in and I struggled to stay awake!

The purple wall is still awesome and I am meeting a friend in Windsor today

Dull, grey and wet on the Costa del Tyne was going to have a wander down the town but decided to stay warm and cosy and get on with the ironing.

Good morning from Philly my Army friends. Hope all is well with you. Chilly morning here in the City. Love this weather...but I will be complaining in a few months once the snow hits. Saw my first Christmas commercial last night and it made me kind of queasy...lol. It gets insane around here after Halloween!

Believe it or not I'm busy doing a bit of on-line Christmas shopping. The delivery charge is only ?2 ($1.25). Blooming sight cheaper than getting the bus into town and I don't have to go out in the rain.

In reply to your question Tips. IMO it is a sign of dysbiosis and a need for more potassium. You could try a little ACV as it is high in potassium. Better yet drink fresh lemonade or eat a banana. If this does not help, then my lovely assistant JC will have to run tests. Be very afraid.:H
