I will not drink tomorrow even though I had thought about it today (as in, well, tomorrow is Saturday and maybe I can make Saturday the only day of the week that I drink). Don't be a stupid blonde! You can't just drink on 1 night because it will become every night from here until eternity if you let AL back into your life for just a minute. See, I'm making progress.

So, tomorrow I will not drink because I want to do something when I get out of work other than getting hammered and passing out and waking up on Sunday feeling like crapola!

yes it is a vicious cycle, at the moment i dont have the stress, i have the habit but not the money for the habit and i have the support of this site.
you can come out of the naughty corner now. the amount of time u sit there is judged by how old you are so when those minutes are up out u come.
chin up RC u will be fine. god i have my mums 75th in early december and not looking forward to that, dont seem to know the word moderation. sigh.

I'm not going to drink tomorrow because I'll will have made it to day 5 and I don't want to be back at day 1...I want to lose track of days! I'm really feeling great with my new found freedom and I wouldn't want to pass that up.
