KTAB - I hope things are looking up - I had a bit of a slip myself after 11 months of no booze. Back on track and back here now. It sucks, but I learned a lesson. This time I pray it sticks in this big fat head of mine.

Hi guys, just back from the beach, a short walk for me and a long swim for the dogs. Now the office smells of wet dog. Ah well its better than the stink of stale booze I suppose.
