We had a lovely rainshower early this morning - very welcome at this time of year. I must say that Stellenbosch (the town outside Cape Town where I live) is looking beautiful at the moment.

Good morning guys, been having a rough time of it recently but I am back.
Tips dont mention rain, we have had flooding here the past few days, not me personally you understand but all around dublin and surrounding counties. A months rainfall in a day and 70% of that in 3 hours I think I heard them say.

Havent been in a very good place but the horizon is looking brighter. I decided at about 2.30 this morning that I have had enough. Its about time I got my **** together again.

Glad the horizon is looking brighter ktab,don't ever let go of the belief that you can and will get your shit together.

The gym is great don't know why i never went before, Real one to one motivational staff and intense training in shorter time spans, deadly.

Its on my to do list as well. Havent been in about 18 months. If you remember I used to go a couple of times a week and swimming at least three times. After a month or so I actually felt ten years younger, what with the exercise and no grog. Feel about ten years older recently. I weighted myself and have put on 15% since last year and feel like crap.
