I kinda made my own recipe up and it was surprisingly nice. Warm roast pepper, chickpea & halloumi cheese salad with a mint yogurt dressing and warm rustic bread. Oh and a bucket of ice cold lemon water.

I will probably be hungry in an hour haha. I have been eating some amount of crap recently, not to mention all the empty AL calories, and am at an all time heaviest weight. Most of that is round the middle and it just wont do I tell yis.

got myself a new pair of specs today

and a good appt with the doctor about Lucy, and also brought up my own experience with the crap doctor recently and she said come and see me next time
