Zenners-it's only normal to be sad sometimes. :l Maryanne passed away right before I joined MWO so I had never talked to her. But I was very sad when I saw the posts. I can't imagine what it was like for those of you who knew her.:l I won't talk too much on this before I have coffee because I don't want to say the wrong thing. My brain is not completely awake yet. x

Good morning Tips,Zen and Expat.
Have a good sleep Zen. It is ok to feel sad from time to time it is just a normal reaction to bad stuff.
Another busy day here. Bloody Pilates and then a funeral of a lovely old friend. Then a sports massage yummy.

I would recommend the Vale book "Kick the Drink Easily " We all have to find our own way out but this book certainly helped me look at al in a different way.

Morning again
Work this morning and then a meeting this afternoon. But it's Friday! We have a long weekend thanks to All Saints Day-1 November. I really need a looooong weekend.
My son's holiday camp are doing a Halloween party today. We are trying to turn his Zorro costume into a vampire costume-at least it's black and has a cape!:H Plus, they have all the face painting stuff at camp so I think he'll look like a vampire.
He wanted a Star wars clone trooper costume but at 32 euros...no. He'll need new winter boots in a few weeks so I think the money would much better go to that!
Well, I'm off....

Good morning guys, Zenny it's good we remember those that have passed, I bet you one thing, if Maryanne is looking down on us now she would want us to live the rest of our lives to our full potential, free from the chains of AL that bind, restrict and suffocate us.

Expat, good decision on the boots, sometimes as parents we have to make unpopular choices, but every parent knows that.

Mario, I spent enough time stuck to the pillow until nearly midday with a pounding hangover, I love my early mornings now.

Anon, sorry about your friend, DWs uncle died last week and at his funeral he left instructions that he didn't want anyone wearing black. I like that, funerals should be a celebration of one's life.

Tips ta for starting us off, looking forward to the weekend, what are you dressing up as?

Cant do Nana naps, yesterday i tried as i was really tired, but just chilling reading or on internet takes away the tiredness, ?? feel tired now though and have to head out to jim soon :-) You remember jim dont you ktab, grand person, after being with them for a while one does feel oneself so much better :-)
