            Good morning Army!!!

Thought it about time I dropped by for a visit before you sent the military police out to look for me.

Reccie - what Jackie said. Good for you. Can't give advice about morning cravings, never had them, but the idea of getting out for a walk sounds like a good one to me. Any kind of physical activity would probably help and much more so if it was outside. I even like to walk in the cold or rain as long as I'm dressed properly.

Troopers - wishing you all a very

Tell her if I can run so can anyone. So many people say to me that have only met me recently that they could never run (fast or slow) like me.

BUT people that have known me for a long time usually say if she can do it so can I:H

I would love to share my drinking history but am not courageous enough.

You'll have to write a book, Whizzy. Don't think you realise how inspiring your story would be.

Where the hell have you been, Dark Orchid Tart? Mmmmmmm?

Hiya again, everyone Back from the shops - everything packed away. Got a rotisserie chicken, so I'll just make some sides for an easy but more nutritionally balanced meal for a change.

I just wish I knew where the wintry weather came from? It's only 11C out there. And raining. The herbs I planted last week are doing well, though. Except the spearmint. They seem to be tasty treats for some kind of worm or slug.

Looking forward to settling down with the Sunday papers later on.
                          I'll do whatever it takes

Thanks for the welcome back guys :huggy

I've just been very busy over the past few days. Started on Wednesday night by having to help Mr. Stirly get ready to go visit his sister for the long weekend. Then on Thursday, had to go grocery shopping after work, then older son came over to install a new wireless modum and to do the hook-up thingey for my laptop and my cell phone. He also helped me by bringing up the remains of a huge jade plant that got toppled from our one balcony by the high winds we've had recently. Friday was a holiday and I spent all day with younger son, girlfriend and the family of the wee godson. Yesterday found me getting some work done cleaning up the mess on our balcony from the second big plant that fell over, and then tackling the store room. Off to a new shopping complex that's opened near here for a few hours and then chatting with my Mom and sister. Anyways, here I am and I bet there's a lot for me to read to catch up on the latest MWO news. inkele:
