Anyway I am fired up now to stay sober for at least a year. I know I won't drink before next March 15th. Cos I am like my girly, a feisty bitch when I need to be!

Lucy got in trouble at school again today. Her teacher said "Lucy, when you get out from under the table, I;'ll listen to whatever you have to say"

The doctor wants to refer her for further assessment LOL. I am starting to see why....

I read a comment posted somewhere here recently that one of the side effects of certain meds advocated here may be passive aggression, havent seen anything to dissuade me that thats not far off of the mark. Not that I am brave enough to post that thought anywhere bar here.
I have gotten into an argument here once before a long time ago when comments were made by a certain member that all men are b******s. I learnt my lesson and I now see no need to engage with keyboard warriors.
When fights break out on the boards there are no winners, least of all some poor sod arriving at MWO for the first and probably last time. I wouldnt have stuck around, would you?

I agree Zen, it is hard to bite our lip at times but I think it is for the best. I am not for one minute suggesting or being critical of what people should or shouldnt post. I just think of newbies stumbling in there and never returning, which would be awful for I am convinced there are people here on the site who would no longer be with us but for MWO, in short it has saved lives.

Anyway KT, I just hope by the post I made about the NHS will allay the fears on anyone wanting to visit Britain. Oh and I was a bit cross as my next door neighbour's daughter is training to be a doctor. She's been at it for nigh on 7 years. Misinformation gets my goat.

Anyhoo who's going to hold me hand while Noocastle play Stoke tonight. Mr JC's going next door to watch it.

Yeh me too Pingu, going to light the stove/fire soon. DW is cooking curly kale and mashed spuds, haha it must be halloween. Bit like sprouts at crimbo. Mind you I like both. Anyone ever try par boiled sprouts then halved and stir fry in garlic & chilli mmmmmm.
