    It's is, but not for Arizona. We don't observe daylight savings time we stay on Mountain Standard Time. The Mountain Standard Time zone is 7 hours behind UTC (Universal Time, Coordinated).

      Morning all. Had tons of sleep, but still tired. Oh well. Went down to the markets, only they are no longer there. On the website it says they are there, but they have been gone a long time I think as I have done this 4 times this year. I will have to go to further markets next week.

      Beautiful sunny day here. I think I might go for a long walk. Hubs has a headache from having a few beers last night. He's not a drinking man. I can count the number of times he drinks a year on one hand.

      I hope you all have beautiful Sundays. I am SO excited about our lunch. Will make the doctors appointment tomorrow. As long as I remember.

        Morning All

        Coming towards the end of my husband's 2 week swing away..........my patience is waning, my nerves are getting frazzled.

        This is my house cleaning day.......I like him to come home to a clean home.....gives the impression that it always looks like this when he is away. One day the kids will dob me in....

        Hope everyone gets to enjoy their day.

          Ahhh well Reginald.....Today is a brand snapping new day, eh?


          I have formally faced the last bastion of piss-head-dom last night and slayed the dragon.
          Some old mates turned up who have always partied like Madame Winehouse herself, and are usually very insistent that all punters join in.
          Have you noticed that if you just say a simple 'no thanks, off it' that 99% of folk will say 'good onya' and leave it?
          The other 1%, I've had most success with just gazing at them wordlessly with a gentle smile when they become insistent.
          My observation is that the only ones who question your decision are the ones who are somehow invested themselves (have an issue). Non alkies don't give a toss who's drinking and who isn't.

          Anyway. That's enough to bore you back to sleep on a Sundy.
          The land here is still way to wet to do a mow, so will have to amuse myself other ways.
          If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

            Snap Bridge. Agreed on the observations above. The dinner we had the other week with the ex of my friend was a case in point. When told I wasnt drinking he started talking about liver tests and his own results. WT??

            Have decided to clean out all my menfolks clothes whilst they are out of the house and the littlest one is going to help...then I shall flea bomb the house and mop floors. Dont ask...time to get sweaty..

                            A late note.
                            Just watching Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall here and having some evil thoughts about preserves....ie: jams, chutneys, preserved lemons et al. I know we have touched on this before pants, but soon our crops will be in (gardeners) and we may as well start thinking about this....
