    Just spoke to my parents in California. Their doorbell was non stop ringing with trick or treaters.

          Oh well. Guess I won't be going on a surfing holiday in Botswana after all.

          I'm always incredibly relieved when the race is over and none of these beautiful creatures were hurt.

          Sunny - the only time I watched "that" show I soooooo wanted to slap one of the dads upside the head. A total bogan. Steer clear.

            Gidday undies - have been out of town for the last two days, and have been out in a paddock in a rural area supporting some trainees/apprentices competing in their annual competitions. It was pretty amazing but there was no internet, very long days, and I got a bit sunburned. And no TAB, which I was a bit disappointed about (it is my one annual bet as well TF!) until I saw the results 5 minutes ago at which time gratitude instantly took over from deprivation thinking :H:H.

            I'm zorsted to so to eat a Rueben sandwich, then bath and bed!

                            Things here are going great, I have just started my new job which is now part time so I can spend more time with my boys.
                            The teeball season has started so no weekends anymore for me but I love it

                                I completely ignored Melbourne Cup this year Ella. Actually forgot all about it.

                                Nice to see you do the pop in Ronnie. It all seems to be working out swimmingly for you. Good to see.

                                Today is a dedicated yard/garden maintainance day for we here. The dogs love it when we go and hang with them for the day. School strike so the boy is home. I secretly throb it when the boy is home from school.
