guess wot tho : made the BEST pie yesty with rainbow chard & homemade ricotta & bacon & leeks & fresh garlic & 4 eggs on oat mountain wraps (as a pie base) topped with red leicester (sp) cheese....need more info?
tonight is but humble fish + salad. & i'm going to try "doing" an artichoke. send all postive vibes now.

I did a cheesemaking course at Coffs a couple of years ago. came home, made a batch of brie... it somehow got contaminated... had to chuck the lot out.... which has nothing at all to do with making ricotta, which is easier.
