So, after brekkie, Penguin thought he should practice some water skills… he started shallow, and discovered these nemo fishies about 5 metres from the shore right in front of the burre.
“Now” says me…” YOU AREN’T SUPPOSED TO HUG THEM.. YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO CATCH AND EAT THEM..”



They are a bugger to try to photograph... very flighty.

Next we tried an early morning snorkel at the place where the mantas come in to get cleaned… it was pure magic. Penguin was a bit scared… This one was about 8 feet across.



After that it was time to take him a bit deeper… so off we went to Penguin Reef at 25 metres…. My head got a bit swirly trying to control him… he was trying to make an escape bid for Hawaaiiiiii.

We headed up to the lounge and dining area….. where the Teddies asked for a health drink (remember the health drinks the other Teddies had at the Victoria Falls Hotel )????

ahh ragsy they are classic photos. have changed my undies & doing ok so far!!!

bridgee : to make ricotta, heat full cream milk until just starting to steam , then splash in white vinegar until a full curd forms, which you drain & add salt & herbs to , bit like ya labneh.
easy & tasty but given 1L milk makes approx 1 cup ricotta, may or may not be economical depending on your choice of milk.
but i love the purity of it.
