    Undies in November

I was monitoring at the top of this short very vicious climb called "The Wall" Most people walked up. This was the level(ish) bit at the top.

About the Briars Highland Fling | Wild Horizons

There was even a guy on a unicycle.

I didn't take all the shots, but I don't know the name of the guy who took them so I can't acknowledge his work.

      Hi there Zenny!
Well, when I get to Florida, we'll have to have a dive. I got my open water 5 years ago then didn't dive till I was in Africa last year. Got my advanced and Nitrox, and want to do rescue this summer. Want to dive as much as I can while I can. But I am dreadful at navigating underwater unless I'm diving a wall or similar!
Just spent $1100 on a new reg. a week before leaving for Uepi. The computer had gone haywire on my other one, and was giving crazy readouts, telling me I was dead, in deco, and on crazy air mixes. Couldn't be fixed. There's got to be some nice diving your way eh?

Think you'll have to wait in line for J&J! Will pm you.

Guess you're all off getting pedis and manis and your roots touched up in preparation.

Bloody hell Raggsey what absolutely ripping photos! And now I am even more excited about Saturday - Froglette I have gel toes on at the moment, blood red!!!

and do you know those bike trails looked familiar and then I realised they were Bundanoon way - yes have ridden around there before I got old and whingey....

Tired and just finished running around and feeding all locusts so reckon it could be an early one for this little monkey...

:hallo: Underoonies!! I haven't dropped by for a while but I have been keeping up with your news, so I wanted to say a few words.

            First and foremost, for Aspy....

And I saw this as well and it's sounds like a wee bit of wisdom...

Wishing you both unending :h and understanding. And your avatar is delightful. I can't believe your little angels have grown so fast.

Ragsy, beautiful pictures and wonderful thoughts about the people who live in that area. As Tawny said, thank you for sharing them with us. Through you, we've all "travelled" far and wide to places we'll never get to visit and to some that we didn't even know existed.

Beags and Bridge - those dogs are gorgeous animals.

Beagle-bint - what your friend said is something I could well imagine - that you have a lovely singing voice. We've talked on the phone and I've heard your voice on that video of the slugs and I've said before that you should be on radio or television because of your voice. So if it's something you want - go for it. And best of luck to you.

I think it's delightful that there will be another Undie get together. Hope you have a smashing time and I also hope there will be pictures posted. How many of you are getting together?

As for the messy, smelly kids. Older son was clean and tidy. Younger son was a slob. Luckily they both showered every morning and wore clean clothes. I don't mind smelly bags from uneaten lunches cause you can just toss them out, but I'm not at all keen on unwashed bodies. And I don't much like picking up other people's messes. Luckily Mr. Stirly is a tidy person.

Undies - it's always a pleasure reading your posts and catching up on your news. Especially things like marriages and babies and animal babies. Keep on keeping well.

Wake up, Undies! Time to get to chooks, locusts, and dunny-flushing!

Time for me to start thinking about fixing dinner. Ugh. I hate cooking, especially in the evening, without AL. I'm drinking seltzer water with orange flavor--yuck. It tastes like flavored Alka-Seltzer. I keep thinking I'm sick, because the taste is so similar.

It's fall here; wish I liked it. Autumn has always seemed so sad and bittersweet to me. Makes me melancholy.

Families are piling in this weekend (not on me, thank god). Parents have decided it's time for the 4 kids to take what they want from the house. Should be interesting. I don't want much, as I'm sick of stuff. Simplify, simplify.

                    Have good ones, all.

                      Morning Undies and visiting Ovaries,

Happiness is ... the sound of a brush cutter when it's not being used by me.
                      Mellors is in the house.

Yay! Might just go and lounge around or paint my nails or read the New Idea ...

My man finished up yesterday. What a hard worker he was. Did a brilliant job.

All well here and can't wait to see more photos from the forthcoming Undies meet up.

Mellors has no game. I could cut up your brush with a basic swiss army knife. Have your Mellors try that. BTW, what color are you going to use on the nails???

Well this has been a busy wee thread ......

Post my little shitty fitty yesterday, I decided on option 2...Hands off wheel approach. I pulled out my favourite Audrey Hepburn-esque outfit with a high updo and pearl drop earrings. Then, tiptoeing precariously through the steaming piles of dirty clothes I took myself to the nicest tea room I know for high tea and treats, bought myself a ridiculously expensive magazine from a region that I hope to live in one day, donned my huge black celebrity glasses and sat there reading and looking mysterious and famous for the interim.
I acheived this using the takeaway treat money for the week. Then I told them that I had.
                                I win.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?
