Sorry I can't stay and chat. Am v. tired and off early tomorrow. Thats good that things went well in counselling. Stay strong. Maggie is finding her wings . I shall maybe be like a magpie one day and find my own wings... or maybe I did and they fell off somewhere... OK time to soar off to bed.

good things about today :
-a good session with my counsellor
-my counsellor summing up my husband as "someone who wants to control me" & i am soooooooo relieved to find someone who believes in my own thoughts
-a good walking session before the flies came out
-magpie finding her wings & having a short flight around the back yard (but she too is tucked in for the night!!)
- only 2 more sleeps until i get away for the weekend.
