Hi A Better Me (why do peeps call you grinder?!)

I have had wonderful Af days this week and with regular juicing and green smoothies, my blood pressure has gone waaay down!! Best news I've heard for ages! After 3 years of (ever increasing) medication, I am getting "back to normal".

OK, now to technical question. How do you instal retic controller? I can't work out how to connect the bit that goes to the tap? I have Googled, YouTubed and read the instructions but it doesn't seem apparent at all to me If someone could point me in the right direction, as I am completely stumped by this one :thanks:

Heading for a hot week here - minimum overnight temps 25 degrees, so time to get some new puppy paddling pools.

Tawny. you can call me what you like my dear (Blondie - they call me Grinder as the spellingly challenged Reggie used to spell me Angle, as in angle grinder, I think it was Reg...)
HP - what a healthy lunch Gwyneth P. would be very impressed. I just can't do brown rice, it's too chewy. The house is good, tuckshop happens very often, I've joined a gym (yay!) and I'm also working at the local bowlo - making sandwiches & cups of tea for the oldies...s'lovely actually.
Ella - noice to meet you, friend.
Jonesy - thanks for the approval...I was inspired by a few success stories - Startingover, Onetoomany, Bye Bye Bridget Jones & a few others...all signifying change. Angelcakes just seemed trite.
In other news I did a 6km run & have been running this distance for a while now - I always thought I hated running but turns out I don't, so that's good.
Is Missy B still around?
And what's the lunch - did you guys get together? How excitement!
Oh, and I had to have my old mate, Clive the cat with one eye, put down on the weekend - he got a tick and was 16yrs old so after spending minimum $1000 he was probably going to die anyway. I'd known him for longer than my hubby, so I miss him but it's OK.
Generally, everything in my life is good except the booze & cigarettes.

I say, young Grinder, you are aware that you can ask for an official name change and therefore not lose all your previous posts? Anyway - yes Missy is still here and lovely as ever and yes, Raggs, HP and Sunny met up at Brett's Wharf in Bris on Saturday and Sunny's got a bun in the oven - therefore all the "stuff". Great fun meet up because they kept us in the cheap seats posted.

Blondie - can't help with the retic controller but great news on the BP!

Ella - how good is that! They're starting to notice. Great stuff. Don't know about 'healthy' because tonight I intend to fang half a cantaloupe, the guts of which I'll stuff with ice cream ... and none of that chocolate light soy crap either.

Went through a bit of a 'let's clean up before the cleaning lady gets here' by working in an area where I hope Mellors will execute some stunt work tomorrow.

All's good here at 5.06pm on a beautiful Monday arvo.
