    Undies in November

Well the bleeder is still feeling sick, he has bleed a lot in the last few days. In the midst of a bleed he vomited blood all over the hallway, which was white.

It will be a blissfully quiet house when the youngest goes down for his nap.

Could do with some rain here. I kept forgetting to water the lawn and now it is brown. It is the one job my husband asks me to do when he is away.............apart from being the sole person responsible for the household, children and pets though.

KT, my thanks to you too. I have lots of stuff to read about macs. And have to start saving for one.

Raggsy - Mac-heads often buy the most recent version and flog the old one off on Trade Me (in NZ) or E-Bay. We now buy most of our hardware second hand (except the servers which we always buy new). This week we bought an 11 inch MacBook air that is only six months old and still in its unopened box for $500 less than its current new value.

      Ella - that doesn't sound great :l:l

I am in love with my grand niece and she is in love with me!! (and our cats ) It helps that she is named after me and she thinks it is quite novel to have someone with the same name as hers :H Her parents are at the stage of trying to teach her good manners, and while she always says please, she never says thank you. Anyway, I had bought her an Advent calendar, and she progressed to saying "th'ou" today so we are all happy :H:H And I got some absolutely gorgeous photos of her and my mum doing some coloring in and posting stickers.

Early election results through here.. I'm not quite sure of what to think about them yet! Except to say that it gives our current PM a well -deserved slap across the chops!!

I need some advice from fellow Aussies, has anyone been able to be prescribed baclofen in Sydney? it seems like a pretty new concept here but the post from USA rave about it, inc. it relief for anxiety.
Was raining all morn here too, now super muggy

Hi Missy - been sort of listening to the results today but I really don't know who the good/bad guys are.

And ... did you put Stephanie through her paces yet? Beetroot colour samples on the pages?

                  Hello Australia!!

                  And morning all undergarments!!

I am doing my best to be optimistic this morning ........ crap election result from where I stand (on the left of the left) but the Greens did much better than expected and have now pretty much cemented themselves in a "third party" position.

TF - I am having a lovely time with Stephanie although I have so far managed to kep her free from beetroot juice stains!! I went out early this morning to try to get a newspaper and ended up buying a leg of spring lamb ..... I actually have a week to go on my de-tox, but I think I need some protein to cheer me up after the election So I've just been reading her advice and have rosemary and garlic prepared and Sunday Roast is on the agenda today. And I think I will go all the way and have roasted vegies with it as well!!

You are all invited, but can you RSVP in the next 30 minutes please

Morning Missy and all to come,

Yep, count me in for Sundy roast. (Her Pork and Prunes is very good too)

It's stopped raining here so a trip to the monthly market is the go.

                          Morning al,
Lovely sunshine this morning. Things can start to dry out a bit.

Still chuckling over Happy's boy doing a Qld mudskipper oxytotilly fishy thing.

Mr Rags gets better and better.....

This was dinner on Friday night.
MR RAGS’ DINNER FOR MRS RAGS
                          Am I lucky or what

Miso soup with soba noodles, shallot with salmon poached in the soup.
Salmon roulade on Helga’s white bread toasted, and crusts trimmed
                          Salmon shashimi
Steamed asparagus with free range poached egg and crispy fried salmon. He finished off the asparagus in the frypan, but it didn’t work too well so scrapped it for next time.

                          KT and Missy,
Thank you both for valuable mac information. Now all I have to do is see if the navigation stuff I want to get is compatible (Hydrographic charts, nav programmes etc) but they should be OK. Thanks again. ANd I'll start lookingon ebay , ut remember Undies, all that trouble I had with the spurtle payment!

Ellaq, please keep us posted with how things are going.

Wow - Mr. Rags sounds like a bit of a keeper!
